Welcome to the Newark Campus of the Uceda Schools.

This Campus is located in the Ironbound section of the city of Newark, in the State of New Jersey, an area populated mainly by Portuguese-speaking people from Portugal and Brazil as well as Spanish-speaking people from different countries in South America and Spain.

Founded in 1990, our school has helped hundreds of students to learn English as the first step in the realization of their dreams both in the US and elsewhere.

Due to its strategic location the school provides the student population with an opportunity to gain access to the city’s main centers of cultural, educational and financial activities.

Distances and transportation
Newark is a transportation powerhouse with incomparable road, rail, sea and air connections, the city boasts Newark Liberty International Airport, which serves 37 airlines, making 300,000 flights with 30 million passengers a year. There is also wealth of options to get to and from the city, including major highway connections Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor Line, PATH train to New York, and New Jersey Transit bus and rail service. In fact, a trip from midtown Manhattan to Newark via rail takes as little as 15 minutes.
